Safari is a barbershop quartet located in Helsingborg, Sweden and Holte, Denmark. We are part of Pearls of the Sound Chorus in Helsingborg.

What is barbershop?
Barbershop is 4-part-harmony acapella singing. It can be sung either by men or by women, but not mixed. Barbershop is performed by quartets and choruses. We are about 30.000 women in the world that sing barbershop with the organization Sweet Adelines International. There are also other barbershop organizations around the world.
The Nordic countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway belong to Sweet Adeline's region # 32; Nordic Light Region.
Well - sometimes we don't follow the rules of just men or just women, but then it is not considered barbershop style. Here's Safari together with Q-tones at Holland Harmony's convention in Veldhoven, Holland in April 2011.
